Distance Sales Contract

1. Parties

Buyer: the person placing the order, registered in the Dilmex account. This is a translation for convenience. Where Turkish consumer law applies, the Turkish version prevails.

2. Subject

The sale and performance of domain registration, renewal and transfer services ordered on https://dilmexdomain.com. Type, domain, period and the total price including taxes appear in the order summary and confirmation.

3. Price and payment

The total shown at checkout is charged in advance by card through Stripe. Card details are never passed to the Seller.

4. Performance

The service is performed electronically after the payment is confirmed, usually within minutes. Transfers may take 5–7 days depending on the losing registrar. An item that cannot be performed is refunded to the card automatically.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form. By confirming the order the Buyer agrees that performance starts immediately. Items that cannot be performed are refunded.

6. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above them have jurisdiction.

7. Effect

The Buyer confirms electronically, before completing the order, that they have read and accept this contract and the Preliminary Information Form; the Seller keeps a record of the confirmation.
