Domain Registration Agreement

1. Registration

Domains are registered in the Buyer's name through the Seller's registrar (Domain Name API / Atak Domain), subject to the rules of the registry and ICANN; for .tr, to the Internet Domain Names Regulation of the Turkish ICTA and the TRABIS rules. The Buyer accepts these rules.

2. Buyer's obligations

• Keep the owner (WHOIS) details accurate, complete and current; false details may lead to suspension or cancellation.
• Declare the Turkish identity or tax details for .tr domains correctly.
• Not use the domain unlawfully or against third parties' rights.
• Follow the expiry date and renew in time.

3. Renewal and expiry

Renewals are never charged automatically. With reminders on, we e-mail you 30, 7 and 1 days before expiry. An expired domain stops working, may spend some time in redemption under registry rules and is then released for anyone to register. Restoring may cost extra.

4. Transfer

The Buyer can move the domain to another registrar by turning the transfer lock off and getting the EPP code from the account. Registry rules may block transfers within 60 days after registration or a transfer.

5. Disputes

Disputes over generic extensions follow ICANN's UDRP; .tr disputes follow the procedures of the applicable regulation. The Seller implements the decisions of the competent bodies.

6. Suspension

A domain may be suspended or deleted at the request of the registry, the registrar or authorities, for false WHOIS details, or for abuse such as phishing or malware.
