Pre-contract information under Article 5 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation.
1. Seller

2. The service
Registration: the chosen domain registered in the Buyer's name for the chosen years. Renewal: extending an existing registration. Transfer: moving the domain to the Seller's registrar, adding one year. DNS and nameserver management are included.
3. Price
Each item's price and the total, taxes included, are shown in the order summary. No extra fees apply. Prices are shown and charged in the chosen currency.
4. Payment and performance
Payment is taken in advance by card through Stripe. The service is performed electronically after payment; you can follow it on the order page in your account.
5. Right of withdrawal
As an instantly performed electronic service there is no right of withdrawal once performance has started (Regulation Art. 15(1)(ğ)). Items that cannot be performed are refunded automatically.
6. Complaints
Send complaints to destek@dilmex.net or through the support section of your account. Your right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts is reserved.
