Terms of Use

1. Parties and scope

These terms govern the use of https://dilmexdomain.com, operated by [DOLDURULACAK: şirket unvanı] (“Dilmex”), and of the shared Dilmex account. Anyone who uses the site or creates an account (“User”) accepts them.

Domain purchases are also governed by the Distance Sales Contract, the Preliminary Information Form and the Domain Registration Agreement, which prevail in case of conflict.

2. Account

• Users keep their account details accurate and up to date.
• Users are responsible for keeping their password secret and for actions taken with their account; unauthorised use must be reported to destek@dilmex.net without delay.
• The Dilmex account is one account usable across Dilmex services.
• Dilmex may suspend or close accounts used in breach of these terms.

3. Acceptable use

The services may not be used for unlawful purposes, in particular:

• registering domains in bad faith that infringe others' trademarks, names or trade names,
• using domains for phishing, malware distribution, spam or fraud,
• attempting unauthorised access or overloading the service with automated queries.

4. Prices and changes

Prices shown apply at the time of the order. Dilmex may change prices, extensions and the scope of the service; completed orders are not affected.

5. Limitation of liability

Registrations are subject to the rules of the registries and the registrar. Dilmex is not liable for delays, refusals or outages caused by them, for renewals the User did not make in time, or for the content of the User's domains. To the extent permitted by law, Dilmex's liability is limited to the price of the order concerned.

6. Governing law

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply; [DOLDURULACAK: yetkili mahkeme / icra daireleri] have jurisdiction. Consumers keep their right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts. This is a translation for convenience. Where Turkish consumer law applies, the Turkish version prevails.
